The other Sunday, my boyfriend and I decided to go to the Idroscalo, a small lake about 20 mn away from Milan as we heard that it was a good place to go sunbathing. As we were walking away from the ‘beaches‘ organised on one side of the lake to find a little remote spot a bit more quiet, we found out by chance a place which I would have never thought could exist in Milan: a little surfing spot.. Hawaii style!
Single ladies: let me tell you that this place was full of hot cute guys..
Everyone was queuing in order to get a cable that would sort of then drag the surfers a bit like in watersking..
But dont worry cause just liing down and simply doing a bit of ‘action watching’ was also permitted..

That’s soooo cool! The first photo with the platform on the lake, the people and the benches reminds me of one of Garance Dore’s posts from Australia about a surfer bar somewhere on the beach. They managed to recreate the atmosphere quite well!
